 I hope I win lol this is my first contest and I had sooooo much fun doing the rasengan  Uhh the dot on his hand is reference to an episode where naruto first starts learning rasengan but he's in his new out fit oh well. Ummm the words are from some cover cover off a Naruto notebook I have not that exciting but I had to stick to the theme lol.
